Job Title: Sales Manager

As the Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts, expanding our client base, and contributing to the continued growth and success of our company.

Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue goals. Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets while fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and building strong relationships with potential clients. Expand our client base and foster long-term partnerships.

Client Consultation: Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their unique needs and provide tailored landscape solutions that align with their vision and budget.

Proposal Creation: Prepare detailed and professional project proposals, ensuring they address client requirements, project specifications, and cost estimates accurately.

Sales Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team to ensure they possess the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their roles. Provide guidance, support, and feedback to enhance their performance.

Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities. Utilize market insights to refine sales strategies and gain a competitive edge.

Customer Relations: Cultivate positive and lasting relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business. Address client concerns promptly and effectively to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Sales Reporting: Generate regular sales reports, analyze performance metrics, and present findings to senior management. Use data-driven insights to make informed business decisions.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of success in sales management within the landscape or related industry.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate the sales team.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of landscaping practices, services, and industry trends.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).
